It is not ribbed - has a smooth finish
Picture is misleading. One side on this board has grooves and the other side is not ribbed as it is shown. I bought this to replace a few boards on my decking and it is a complete mismatch. It should be clearly mentioned that it is a smooth finish on the otherside.

Excellent value for money.
Used this material lots and up until now I've had no complaints. I always pick my own boards so I've only myself to blame if they're damaged. You get what you pay for.

I've fitted decking dozens of times as a professional carpenter of 15 years and these are compleate rubbish . Bent split and feral rubbish.

Take care to check each board and timber framing carefully
Bought a lot of boards and timber to re-deck my patio. Delivery was free because of the amount spent. I was very disappointed to receive some badly warped frame timber and some boards that were either splitting or were "less than true". From what I could spot on the day, I returned the unacceptable timber and boards without any issues, but after using preservative and having to delay the work because of the weather, I found that other timber frame sections had warped since delivery. Staff at my local branch were very helpful, but the wood quality was questionable.

Great quality decking
I read the previous review and made sure to measure up to the finished size dimensions, and worked out fine! Decking went together perfectly with the decking screws i purchased alongside this. Very happy customer!
