Great machine but got ripped off quoted one price and charged double from Newmarket wouldn't do refund not happy

Disappointing
Arrived with instructions for another make and model which were useless. Cutter itself had cutting blade set so low it scraped on level surface. Add to this the fact that it weighs 90+kilos and when wheels are engaged so is cutter blade so it chews surfaces before the blade is actually lowered. Could only be moved by raising wheels. My back is not happy
