I hadn't planned on writing a review but I've been invited so might as well share my negative experience. I have a hose lock hose and attachments connectors but as the previous gun suffered in frost and leaks I thought I'd try a new type. When I attach it shoots off the hose. I've tried it on other hoses of friends to check and as soon as you attach it shoots off the hose. I wrote to 4Trade to ask what might be happening but received no reply. I through away the packaging when I unpacked it thinking it would no be needed so returning it might be an issue so it's lying in my garden box unused. I always rate Travis Perkins so this is my first negative experience
