Travis Perkins corrected my mistake without any quibbles
Excellent service and delivery from Travis Perkins. After delivery, I realised that I needed 9-foot posts rather than the 8-foot posts I had ordered. Although entirely my mistake, there were no quibbles and the longer posts were delivered and the shorter ones collected the following day. There was no additional charge (other than the difference in cost of the posts).
They do the job very well, but a word of warning about these"lightweight" concrete posts - they are still extremely heavy.
