Great
Used this on my floor as a sub base. Good finish, tongue and groove was nice and square.

A bit poor
I am using this as my finished floor surface based on the 'great appearance' description but the fit is not brilliant. The tongued ends are not cut square causing gaps and the surfaces are not always level with each other when together. There are also patches of filler on some boards.
