Warming Drawer failure
We purchased this item along with other NEFF kitchen appliances about 4years ago and it has now broken and uneconomical to repair. Very disappointing

Good heat variations, if a little too shallow
This warming drawer is nice and sleek in design. It is functional and has a good range of heat settings. However, it is quite shallow and the controls are quite awkward to get to, recessed inside the drawer - which takes away further usable space.

Warming draw
Thought at first it was an extra expense to make the kitchen look pleasing to the eye. But no! It's brilliant! I understand it is also a slow cooker! Going to try that sometime soon.

Bit gimmicky really
The drawer looks very smart and completes the kitchen. We've only used it once and that was so we could test it. It warms quite quickly and soesn't get too hot, so it is good if you ahve a lot of friends for dinner.

How did we do without it?
Use nearly every day to heat plates/bowls for dinner. It's obviously not a necessity for a kitchen but it really is a luxury I am glad I went for.

Disappointed
The original unit failed irrepairably after 7 years which I think is unacceptable for what is supposed to be a quality appliance. I was forced to replace it with this unit to match the rest of my kitchen. I had hoped it may have been upgraded to addresss the poor quality issues that many other users have reported but sadly, it appears to be identical. Fingers crossed it will last longer this time. Given the choice I will not purchase Neff appliances again.
