These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.

1) The period of promotion runs from 1st August - 31st August 2024 inclusive. 

 

2) This promotion is open to Benchmarx Account holders and Trade Cash Card holders only. 

 

3) The promotion excludes all Travis Perkins plc current and previous employees and social housing contracts. 

 

4) No cash alternative is available. 

 

5) To qualify for the free saw, customers must present a competitor quote or kitchen plan made in the last 30 days. 

 

6) Entries are limited to one per customer, per day.

 

7) Free saw will be delivered on completion of the customer order. 

 

8) By entering this promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All participants in the promotion must be resident in the UK and age 18 years or over.
