Low smoke zero halogen domestic wiring cable for the surface wiring of sockets and lighting where fire, smoke emission and toxic fumes create a potential threat to life and equipment. Can be installed in fixed installations in dry or damp premises clipped to surface, on trays or in free air where mechanical damage would not be an issue. Suitable for laying in conduit or trunking where mechanical protection is required.
SMJ's range of installation materials incorporates the Thorsman and Tower brands, both synonymous with quality. As with all SMJ ranges, products are manufactured under the most stringent control systems in full accordance with the latest requirements.
These heavy duty S hooks are designed to fit over scaffolding, cable trays and ceiling grids and spaced every 2m. They’re highly visible, non-conductive, recyclable and can hold 5kg of weight. Each one has the capacity to hold 15 x 110 volt arctic cables. Most customers hang from overhead features, but the screw hole in the side means they can also be fixed to walls.
Once in place, the user twists the hanger away, puts in cables and allows it bend back into position. This secures the cables against the wall without damaging them.
