Full terms

 

1. Eligibility: The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or older, except employees of Travis Perkins, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. Only one entry per person is permitted. One entry per person, Travis Perkins Trade Account or Travis Perkins Trade Cash Customer is permitted. Accounts will be verified by us to confirm eligibility and compliance with these terms and all decisions are final. 

2. Entry Method: Entrants will automatically be entered into the draw, upon the purchase of a minimum of 40 bags of qualifying cement either Postcrete or Mastercrete from Travis Perkins between 07:30 1 March 2024 and 17:00 31 May 2024 (“Qualifying Period”). Cement bags can be purchased in individual and separate orders totaling over 40, or in one transaction. If a customer who receives the Reward subsequently changes its order and/or returns any item(s) bought in the purchase that (1) made them eligible for the Prize Draw, and/or (2) reduces the total value of that purchase below the level necessary to be eligible for the Prize Draw, and or (3) changes its order or purchase in a way which means it no longer meets the eligibility criteria for the Prize Draw, then that customer will no longer be eligible for the Prize Draw.

3. Entry Period: Qualifying entries must be made during the Qualifying Period. Entries received after this time will not be counted. 

4. Disclaimer: Travis Perkins accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. 

5. Winner Selection: A random draw will be conducted by INDEPENDENT PERSON from all eligible entries. The two winners will be notified using the contact information provided during the purchase. The winners will be notified by EMAIL before 07.06.23 and may be required to provide proof of purchase to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond to Travis Perkins within 14 days of being notified by Travis Perkins, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Travis Perkins will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 

6. Prize: Two winners will receive 1 (each) x £5000 in Travis Perkins voucher to be used in store for the purchase of tools at template price. No cash or alternative prize will be offered.

7. Provision of prize: the prize for the winners will be delivered by POST.   

8. Publicity: if you are a winner, you acknowledge that it is the intention of Travis Perkins to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place and therefore, the winner’s full name will be announced after the draw. Travis Perkins will also publish your full name, county/town of residence and winning entry on our social media channels and customer marketing emails. 

9. Personal Data: personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out TRAVIS PERKINS PRIVACY POLICY. 

10. Limitations: Travis Perkins reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the eligibility criteria or violate the terms and conditions. The decision of Travis Perkins regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

11. Modification: Travis Perkins reserves the right to modify or cancel the prize draw at any time where it becomes necessary to do so. 

12. Governing Law: The prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
